| Gilles Eduar was born in São Paulo - Brazil. He graduated with a degree in architecture in 1984. He first worked as a graphic designer and musician. In 1990 he moved to Europe and discovered the universe of children’s literature when he worked in the children’s bookshop of the Louvre. Since 1994 Eudar has had more than 20 books published. Ten of them were first published in France by "Albin Michel Jeunesse" and later translated in several languages (4 of them by Chronicle and Orchard). In 2000 he returned to Brazil where he lives and continues to write and illustrate children’s books. |  | ||
